My inner child and the vast landscape of corn and soybean fields I grew up in eternally influence me and my perspective. Through drawing, painting, and photography, I honor the people, places and things that bring me a sense of nostalgia and peace. Constantly on a quest to quench my inner child’s sense of adventure and curiosity, photography allows me to instantly memorialize treasures I find amongst everyday environments while drawing and painting allow me to abstract and surrealize those findings and environments.
